Job description
STRATTEC Corporation seeks a Reliability Engineer to improve performance, safety, and longevity of critical manufacturing equipment through data-driven analysis and proactive maintenance strategies.
You will lead root cause analyses, monitor reliability metrics, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production to embed reliability into design and operations across the plant.
