The position focuses on enhancing factory reliability through advanced maintenance strategies, safety adherence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and uphold safety and safety culture.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to develop engineered solutions for improved reliability and throughput.
Identify and communicate opportunities for capital expenditures with ROI analysis.
Implement and champion operating systems, best practices, and reliability tools.
Perform and coach on failure mode & effects analysis, root cause analysis, and fault tree analysis.
Utilize predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance technologies.
Train and mentor teams on Work Execution Management and reliability strategies.
Align with leadership on KPIs and reliability performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance or reliability.
Minimum five years of reliability experience with proficiency in RCA, RCM, FMEA, and predictive technologies.
Certifications in vibration, infrared, ultrasound, and machine health monitoring preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical components and failure analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Attributes
Interest in developing leadership skills.
Experience with data analysis, reliability tools, and industry standards such as cGMP, OSHA, and EPA.
Additional certifications like Green Belt or Six Sigma are advantageous.
Physical & Work Environment
Requires standing, walking, lifting over 50 pounds, and working in loud, industrial environments with potential exposure to hazards and weather conditions.
