Job description
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve the performance, availability, and long-term reliability of equipment within a large manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
Analyze equipment performance and lead improvements involving production equipment, utilities, facilities, controls, and supporting systems.
Evaluate and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs using equipment history, failure trends, and asset data.
Lead root-cause analysis for recurring failures and support repair, redesign, replacement, and spare-parts decisions.
Manage internal and third-party equipment upgrades while partnering with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial maintenance and reliability experience.
Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, organizational, project-management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and maintenance-management systems; Maximo experience is a plus.
