Job description
Sappi in Minnesota seeks a Reliability Engineer/Supervisor to lead predictive and preventive maintenance for mill assets, using vibration analysis, lubrication management and NDT to improve asset health. You’ll drive data-backed decisions to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
You will collaborate across operations, engineering and procurement, coaching teams to adopt reliability tools and methodologies while ensuring compliance and safety at the site.
