ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Safety-Focused Maintenance Reliability Engineer for the Kinston Plant in North Carolina. The role focuses on asset reliability, proactive maintenance programs, and cost-effective performance.
You will develop maintenance strategies, spare parts plans, and performance metrics while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maximize asset availability, safety, and compliance with TPM/RCM methodologies.
