Job description
LANXESS in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead and improve the site reliability program for fixed and rotating equipment. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure assets are safe, compliant, and optimized for performance throughout their lifecycle.
As a subject matter expert in Mechanical Integrity and reliability standards, you will develop asset maintenance plans, analyze CMMS data, and guide root cause analyses.
