Job description
This person will be part of a maintenance/reliability team at this refinery and will be responsible for a variety of things including day-to-day maintenance/reliability, helping to develop and improve maintenance/reliability strategy as well as working with on-site techs and contractors. This team covers both fixed and rotating equipment.
B.S. Degree in Engineering required (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
5+ years of maintenance experience in refining, petrochemical, terminal, or another heavy industrial environment
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, fixed equipment, piping systems, and refinery maintenance practices
Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management, contract maintenance resources, and CMMS systems
Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, Process Safety Management, lockout/tagout, and safe-work permitting
