Job description
Opportunity to work with a growing chemical company that is building up their reliability program. You will have ownership of the reliability programs and will report to a Corporate Director of Reliability rather than a Site Maintenance Manager. This role is not part of the daily maintenance organization.
Improve the performance of rotating equipment (80%) and fixed equipment (20%).
Troubleshoot and conduct RCFA.
Manage vibration analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing programs.
Drive reliability improvements across two chemical plant sites.
Implement and manage Pred/Preventative Maintenance for rotating equipment.
Evaluate integrity and FFS and build repair or replace plans.
Manage the Bad Actor list and the Equipment Replacement Plan.
Use reliability analytics to analyze trends and build models.
BS ME 4+ years of chemical plant experience with a focus on rotating equipment
