Haleon is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive reliability strategies for on-site manufacturing equipment at our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will lead PM optimization, RCA, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and boost asset availability.
The role requires a bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in maintenance reliability in cGMP environments; certification in reliability is preferred.
