Job description
We are hiring for Reliability Engineer in Stratford, CT for 15 Months (Onsite)
Overview
Seeking a Reliability Engineer to perform reliability analysis, failure investigations, and product performance evaluations for aerospace/defense programs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and FRACAS activities.
Conduct reliability testing (HALT, HASS, ESS, RDT).
Analyze reliability and maintainability (R&M) data.
Recommend design improvements and corrective actions.
Develop reliability reports, metrics, and engineering documentation.
Support reliability databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
Support reliability tools such as ReliaSoft, Relyence, or Windchill Risk & Reliability.
Required Skills
Reliability Engineering experience.
Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, FRACAS, and reliability testing.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
SQL/database and reporting tool experience preferred.
