Are you passionate about improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and driving operational excellence? Our client, a growing Food & Beverage Manufacturing company is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team and play a critical role in maximizing asset reliability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes using proven methodologies.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Monitor asset performance and reliability metrics.
Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment availability.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, reliability, and cost optimization.
Support capital projects and equipment lifecycle management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability metrics.
