Job description
East Greenbush Animal Hospital is seeking experienced relief veterinarians to help support our growing caseload. We're looking for confident, collaborative doctors who are interested in picking up recurring or occasional shifts in a busy, well-supported small animal practice just outside Albany, NY.

East Greenbush Animal Hospital is a progressive, 6 doctor small animal hospital that has proudly served the Capital District since 2003. We provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotic pets. Our practice combines the resources of a large hospital with the culture of a close-knit team.

We're Looking For
The ideal relief veterinarian will:
Enjoy general practice medicine in a fast-paced environment
Be comfortable managing appointments independently while collaborating with the hospital team
Have strong communication and client service skills
Appreciate working alongside experienced doctors and support staff
Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited institution
Active New York veterinary license in good standing
3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Comfortable seeing wellness, sick appointments, and routine medical cases
Surgery is welcomed but not required for relief shifts

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
