Job description
Caring Transitions is a full-solutions business in NJ serving Englishtown, Marlboro, Old bridge, Monroe area(s) in search of Team Members to help with senior relocation and online auction prep services. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working closely with our managers and team members. You will participate in all aspects of sorting, organizing, packing, unpacking, and online auction preparation. This is a great opportunity for professionals, college students, retirees, and stay-at-home moms/dads who would like to make extra money while doing meaningful work, but do not require a consistent work schedule. No specific job experience is necessary for this unique opportunity.
nResponsibilities:
nnnProvide world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team!
n
nnPhotograph items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions
n
nnServe as staff for our online auction pickups
n
nnAssist in household sorting and organizing
n
nnProfessionally pack/unpack household items
n
nnPrepare homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs
n
nnCoordinate and assist in senior relocations and resettlements
n
n nRequirements:
nnnWorld class customer service skills

nnProfessional attitude and demeanor

nnStrong character and integrity
n
nnPrompt and regular attendance on scheduled shifts
n
nnTechnical ability to work well on smart devices and apps for auction prep
n
nnExcellent communication skills and written skills
n
nnAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function/collaborate well in a team environment
n
nnComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
nnPhysical ability, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to approximately 25 lbs.

nnWilling to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
n
nnReliable transportation to/from job sites
n
nnSmart phone access
n
nnMust pass background check
n
n nStarting Pay Rate: $20/hour with the opportunity for a pay increase after the first 60 days based on performance, productivity, and teamwork.
nThis position is part-time, and on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours. Part-time employees can expect anywhere from 12 hours to 30+ hours in available shifts per week.
