Job description
Silicon Ranch is seeking an experienced Utility Scale Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III in Tullahoma, TN. The role leads preventive and corrective maintenance for the PV facility, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV systems, with on-site management at large NERC-regulated sites.
You will oversee field investigations, SOP development, contractor access, and training, ensuring safety and reliability at the 100 MW+ facility. Relocation support is available.
