Job description
Remedy / Sr. HR Case Management Developer
Location: Rosemead, CA Duration: 8-12 Months
The BMC HR Case Management Developer will have significant experience in custom implementations of the application including, but not limited to, custom workflows, integrations, storage management, and reporting. Maintain responsibility for working with the program team and clients to capture specific technical requirements for the Remedy HR Case Management suite solution and build a supporting design for the new system to support operations. Install and customize the HR Case Management suite applications to support operations and supporting services for a large-scale enterprise once the design is accepted. Leverage experience with the development of BMC Remedy HR Case Management Suite, HR Case Management application suite, install, configure, administer, and customize BMC's HR Case Management suite and custom application and application integration development, and apply knowledge of ITIL best practices. The candidate must have experience and knowledge in deploying core functionality in an out of box and customized BMC Remedy system; this includes the ability to:
Perform analysis and documentation of requirements and processes.
Assist in planning and scheduling of changes to the HR Case Management system and.
Define and document solution designs to meet business requirements
Configure HR Case Management suite in a multi-tenant, internal support and external customer facing environment.
Customizing BMC HR Case Management fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
Develop application interfaces to BMC HR Case Management systems.
Monitor and support BMC Remedy implementations and upgrades.
Analyze existing IT processes as related to HR Case Management tools.
Participate and engage in meetings to discuss, address, evaluate, support, or advance the role of Remedy.
Recommend process improvements to increase employee productivity and reduce administrative overhead as identified through reporting and auditing.
Testing deliverables against requirements
Troubleshooting and resolving systems issues reported by users
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience with development using BMC Remedy modules
· Experience with implementing large scale Remedy HR Case Management solutions
· Experience with Remedy HR Case Management Tool requirements gathering, system design, and configuration planning
· Experience with performance metrics and reporting design and creation
