The focus of the position is to perform the day to day functions of reject decisioning/processing.Responsibilities:Reject Operator - Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails with general knowledge of operations. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making. Header batched items with control documents and processing header.High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning – Perform extraction and scanning on high speed and moderate to complex client handling using I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon equipmentProcessing medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning. Complexity is defined by client processing instructions.Process work accurately and maintain performance output in accordance with department standardsAssist with training when neededBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceMust be 18 years of age or olderComputer skillsAble to read and make decisionsAble to work well independently and with others on work for all clientsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentTeam player with good interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to change and learn new processesMust meet the minimums for productivity and accuracyAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Able to stand for long periods of timePreferred Qualifications:1 year of experienceCompensationThe compensation range for this position is $16.90 - $17.50 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
