The Norfolk Companies is looking for an experienced Remodeling Carpenter to join our residential construction team.

What You'll Do Perform residential remodeling and carpentry projects.
Install cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry components.
Complete general carpentry and renovation work.
Read and interpret plans, measurements, and installation drawings.
Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and find practical solutions.
Coordinate with project managers, team members, and homeowners.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
What We're Looking For Professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills.
Ability to read construction drawings and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to residential jobsites.
