Nelnet is seeking an experienced customer service associate for our call center. The role involves responding to payer/applicant inquiries via phone and email, assisting with account setup, and providing information to help customers understand their accounts.
Required: High school graduate with 2+ years in a call center environment. The position is remote, full-time, with shift options and a pay rate of $16.50–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
