Job description
Curbline Properties, a growing real estate sponsor, seeks an Acquisitions Director in Texas to source, negotiate, and close convenience retail deals averaging $10mm-$15mm per investment. The role requires deep retail real estate experience and senior dealmaking skills.
The ideal candidate will lead deal origination, perform sophisticated financial modeling in Excel and Argus, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to close transactions, with occasional travel to asset sites and conferences.
