Remote Afterhours Behavioral Health Counselor I

Job description

Elevance Health is seeking an Afterhours Behavioral Health/EAP Consultant I to provide 24/7 behavioral health and Employee Assistance services to up to 10 million lives. The role is virtual, with occasional in-person trainings and required evening shifts (Tue–Fri 6pm–2:30am, Sat 10:30am–7pm EST).

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, member assessments, referrals, and managing a shared inbox. Minimum requirements include a HS diploma and 3+ years in psychiatric/substance abuse work;
