Job description
Eaton’s AER Aerospace Group seeks a remote-based Aftermarket Technical Lead in the U.S. to drive RMU opportunities with the Aftermarket Sales team. Travel up to 25-50% as needed. Requires a US-person and an engineering degree with 10+ years in product development and sustainment.
Lead RMU pipeline, collaborate with field sales, product lines, and design engineering to deliver marketable solutions that grow aftermarket revenue. Eligible for a variable incentive program.
