Job description
Zoom is seeking an experienced engineering-focused professional to deploy production AI agents for strategic customers. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to prove value with voice AI, integrations, and customer data, turning pilots into scalable platform capabilities.
You will leverage Python, TypeScript, and Go to build production integrations with CRMs and telephony. Expect a hybrid/remote working model with global impact on Zoom’s product roadmap.
