Job description
Credit Acceptance is seeking a Software Engineering Manager II to lead and grow cross-functional engineering teams that build distributed, API-driven cloud-native platforms. You will drive engineering excellence, delivery outcomes, and the technical health of products, while championing AI-enabled capabilities across the lifecycle.
You will mentor engineers, set clear expectations, and ensure effective on-call support, incident response, and governance.
