Job description
Twig is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco or remote to partner with enterprise customers, shipping AI agents in production. You will own integrations, workflow design, and performance tuning from contract to first-resolved-ticket in under 30 minutes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality API integrations, and drive rapid go-live while addressing edge cases to improve the product for all customers.
