Handshake is seeking an entry-level Safety Strategic Projects Associate to help run large-scale human data programs powering frontier AI model training and evaluation. You will design annotation workflows, coordinate trusted annotators, and surface policy insights to inform model training and enforcement decisions.
As a recent graduate, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, develop strong data-driven problem-solving skills, and operate with high ownership in a fast-growing AI data
