Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to elevate patient care through virtual assessments and evidence-based medication management, collaborating with care teams under a CPA.
You will work remotely supporting the Centralia/Olympia/Lacey area, with location options at Providence facilities. This role requires WA licensure and a PharmD, plus residency or ambulatory practice experience.
