Job description
Groundswell is seeking an Appian Principal Developer Consultant to lead delivery teams for civilian projects from McLean, VA, with remote options. You will mentor teams, define architecture, govern multi-app implementations, and drive scalable Appian solutions across client environments.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years with Appian, Agile delivery, and strong communication. US citizenship is required; occasional travel to Dallas, TX may be needed.
