Job description
Advanceable ABA is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our clinical leadership team and expand impact beyond direct casework. This role helps shape clinical excellence across the organization and mentors clinicians.
You will partner with the Chief Clinical Officer, oversee a small caseload, support treatment decisions, and promote ethical, evidence-based, person-centered care. Remote work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
