Job description
Sephora Johns Creek is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a diverse team, and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.
You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, recruit and onboard talent, and ensure operational excellence while upholding Sephora’s standards and brand guidelines. This role requires on-site work at 11650 Johns Creek Pkwy, Johns Creek, GA 30097, with evenings and weekend availability.
