Job description
GEICO is seeking a litigation attorney with 2 to 6+ years of experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury for a remote role. You will research laws, prepare briefs and memoranda, and support the Claims Department in liability and damages opinions.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to the New York Bar, in good standing, with flexibility to travel for trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings as required. This is a salaried, nationwide opportunity with GEICO.
