Job description

GEICO, a Berkshire Hathaway company and one of the largest auto insurers in the United States, is seeking an Associate Counsel, PIP. This remote role defends arbitrations and lawsuits in New York and other first party defense matters.

The attorney will draft briefs, render opinions, and manage arbitration submissions with strong litigation skills. Required NY Bar admission, a Juris Doctor, 2–6+ years of litigation experience, and the ability to travel as needed.
