Our Global Headquarters is in Westfield, Indiana, with our R&D and Innovation Center in Tel Aviv, Israel. To learn more, visit.

The Role

We are looking for a highly driven, customer-focused Customer Success Representative who takes ownership, operates independently, and gets things done.

You will own the day-to-day success and engagement of an assigned customer portfolio, working closely with Regional Account Managers to drive adoption, customer value, retention, renewals, and expansion.

This is a role for someone who is proactive, accountable, and resourceful — someone who manages priorities independently, communicates risks early, comes with solutions, and consistently follows through on commitments.

This position is remote within the Midwest area and requires periodic travel to customers and occasional travel to HQ in IN (once a quarter) throughout the calendar year. Onboarding for the role will take place at HQ.

The Goal of This Role

Drive high renewal rates through measurable ROI delivery and consistent customer engagement

Increase grower enrollment and adoption of Taranis Intelligence programs

Identify and execute in-season expansion and upsell opportunities

Support Regional Account Managers in growing and deepening customer relationships

Ensure customers successfully operationalize Taranis within their workflows

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Regional Account Manager and Customer Experience as the territory’s Customer Success Representative

Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned accounts

Drive pre-season onboarding, alignment, and expectation setting

Maintain proactive, high-touch customer engagement throughout the growing season to obtain ROI Value stories

Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement, proactively identifying risks and opportunities

Deliver ROI reviews and seasonal business summaries to support retention and renewals

Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and coordinate execution with Regional Account Managers

Deliver virtual and in-person trainings, platform walkthroughs, and webinars

Proactively resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset

Maintain accurate account activity, progress, and renewal status in Salesforce and GONG (ai platform)

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Flight Operations to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

Agricultural expertise – 3+ years of experience in agricultural retail, cooperatives, agronomy, or another customer-facing agricultural role

Agronomic knowledge – preferred strong understanding of corn and soybean production systems; but not essential

Customer relationship skills – proven drive to build trusted relationships, drive retention, and communicate value and ROI

Ownership & accountability – takes responsibility for commitments and consistently follows through with minimal management oversight

Independent execution – manages multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively with limited oversight

Proactive communication – identifies risks early, keeps stakeholders informed, and communicates before issues escalate

Resourcefulness & problem-solving – takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and brings solutions rather than just problems

Drive & results orientation – maintains a high standard for performance, customer impact, and execution

Flexibility – willing to travel periodically within the assigned region to onboard and grow accounts; estimated 35% of the calendar year

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Precision Agriculture or AgTech

Familiarity with digital agronomy tools, imagery, or data-driven platforms

Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace; but not required
