Job description
Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Safety to lead and strengthen our field safety organization as we grow nationwide. You will oversee Regional Safety Managers, drive consistency across programs, and partner with leaders to embed safety into project planning and field operations.
Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of progressive safety experience, strong leadership, and certifications such as CSP/ASP/CHST, with the ability to travel 50–75% across multiple states.
