Job description
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Field Technology to lead sales systems strategy, optimize CRM and field reporting, and drive adoption across therapeutic areas.
You will partner with Field Strategic Operation, Brand, IT, Commercial Operations, and Analytics to ensure systems deliver meaningful insights, data integrity, and compliant governance for commercial execution.
