Job description
BBBSA is seeking an Associate Director, Individual Giving to manage a portfolio of major donors, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts in support of the organization's mission. The role reports to the VP, Strategic Philanthropy and focuses on five- and six-figure gifts.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven fundraiser with 4+ years frontline fundraising, experience with moves management and Salesforce, and the ability to work remotely within the Continental United
