Job description
Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - Value-Based Care Sales to drive growth in ACO membership and savings across East Coast markets. This remote role requires travel across the East Coast and close collaboration with the Value-Based Care Programs team.
You will recruit independent practices, educate them on Astrana Health’s ACO LEAD or MSSP programs, and negotiate participation agreements while meeting annual growth targets.
