Job description
Egis is seeking a Design Manager in the United States to lead the design function, mentor Design Leads, and ensure high-quality, standards-driven project delivery across transportation, infrastructure, and related disciplines.
You will oversee resource planning, design processes, and QC programs while collaborating with Project Managers and Practice Leaders to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
