Job description
Synchrony is seeking an AVP to lead Acquisition Fraud Strategy and Model Monitoring. You will oversee fraud model performance, conduct in-depth analytics, and partner with Strategy, Validation, and implementation teams to remediate underperforming models.
The role requires 5+ years in analytics-driven strategies within financial services, strong SAS/Python/Tableau skills, and expert Excel. Hybrid work options are available, with travel as needed.
