Job description
Synchrony is seeking an AVP for Acquisition Fraud Strategy and Model Monitoring to lead analytics, monitor fraud models, and drive remediation plans. The role collaborates with model developers, validation teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure governance, safety, and effective P&L impact.
The incumbent will oversee model performance, develop enhanced reporting, and coordinate model rollouts while supporting regulatory requests and audits. Travel may be required.
