Job description
Ensemble Health Partners seeks an AVP, Pre Access to provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for front-end revenue cycle operations, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance. You will drive innovation, optimize patient experience, and improve efficiency while guiding a senior team and partners across the organization.
The role requires 5+ years in revenue cycle leadership, strong executive presence, and a CRCR certification within 9 months.
