Job description
WesBanco Bank Inc. in Uniontown, OH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to handle inbound calls, provide information on bank products and services, and resolve customer requests in a fast-paced call center.
You will de-escalate issues, own problems through resolution, assist customers with digital banking, debit cards, and account questions, and maintain strong service levels and professional communication.
