Job description
Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy for each learner using a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.
You will supervise ABA technicians, conduct intake evaluations, and craft goals with progress plans, while guiding families to understand results and recommendations. We support mentorship, ongoing training, and CE expense coverage.
