Action Behavior Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Romeoville, IL team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
The position offers a total compensation package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, including base pay, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and potential long-term ownership as you advance to Sr. BCBA. Relocation packages and a sign-on option may apply.
