Job description
FronteraCare in the United States seeks a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team in New Mexico. This leadership role leverages a technology-enabled care model and mentors RBTs to ensure high-quality ABA delivery.
The BCBA will work part-time afternoons (3–6pm MT) and operate within regulatory guidelines, collaborating with families to develop effective treatment plans and track progress in a flexible, remote setting.
