Job description
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in New Jersey. This role emphasizes autonomous, evidence-based practice with flexible per diem scheduling and strong clinical leadership.
You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP), collaborate with families and professionals, and maintain compliant documentation. Remote option available and growth opportunities.
