Job description
morphiuscorp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to schedule appointments and follow up with members who have requested information. You will work one-on-one with individuals to ensure they understand available benefits.
Applicants should have a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. COVID-safe interviews are conducted via Zoom, and remote work options are available.
