Job description
Humana Inc is seeking a Bilingual Care Management Support Assistant for a remote role serving English- and Spanish-speaking members. You will connect by phone, complete non-clinical assessments, identify barriers to care, and help members access benefits and resources, while documenting issues in detail.
The assigned shift is 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, with training hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST. You will work in a call center environment, handling calls and supporting members and care teams.
