We'll provide the equipment, tools, training, and support—you bring the drive to succeed.What We Offer:$17/hour + monthly commission opportunitiesConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleMedical, dental, vision, GAP, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany-provided equipmentWhat You'll Do:Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutionsOffer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound callsAccurately document interactions in our systemsMeet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)Qualifications:1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collectionsBilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to build trust and work through sensitive conversationsBasic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)A reliable, detail-oriented work styleWork-From-Home Requirements:Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VAQuiet, private workspaceHigh-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computerWi-Fi and hotspots are not supportedMust meet tech requirements before training beginsBCA Financial Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels of the organization.
