NaphCare is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Family and Friends Line (FFL) as part of our Local Government team for our Corporate Office in Birmingham, AL. This position is remote and bilingual capability is required to assist families of incarcerated individuals with information, guidance, and care coordination.

The FFL RN serves as a central point of contact, ensuring privacy and HIPAA compliance while directing inquiries to appropriate internal teams and coordinating follow-up with site
