Remote Bilingual State Farm Insurance Sales - SpanishOur State Farm agency is seeking an experienced, bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. This opportunity is designed for a proven sales professional who understands the State Farm environment, enjoys helping customers, and can independently manage sales and service conversations from a remote setting.If you have a strong insurance sales background, experience working in a State Farm agency, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships, we would love to hear from you.$45,000–$75,000 total compensation, including base salary, commissions, and bonusesPaid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days401(k) matchFully remote work opportunityCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentFollow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to identify sales opportunitiesConduct insurance sales conversations and recommend appropriate State Farm productsDevelop new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and customer follow-upBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and other remote communicationExplain coverage options, policy benefits, and available products clearlyIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and meet additional customer insurance needsAssist customers with policy changes, billing questions, transfers, and claim-related inquiriesMaintain accurate customer records and follow agency proceduresMeet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectationsDeliver prompt, professional, and friendly service while working independentlyFluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languagesAt least 4 years of sales experiencePrevious State Farm agency experience requiredActive Property & Casualty insurance license requiredExperience selling or servicing personal lines insurance, including auto and homeowners coverageProven track record of meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targetsStrong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency workflowsExcellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyReliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspaceWe believe in helping our team members reach their potential while providing customers with dependable, personalized insurance service.
